附：原版期刊订购决策过程
1. 在调研充分的基础上，部分纸本期刊向电子期刊转移。
2. 图书馆对每一种期刊从两方面进行分析：我校近几年在该刊发表论文情况；我校近几年发表论文引用该刊论文情况。排列使用效率期刊列表，同有关老师商量删减。
3. 结合原有纸本的借阅量评估纸本订购的需求情况。
4. 停订纸本外刊的使用：尽量采购相关数据库或开通Online；通过馆际互借进行全文传递。
